This is a foundation course for most of the advanced courses in biology. Three lectures per week. Primarily for biology majors and minors, majors in biology or chemistry teacher education, students in the professional programs (pre-medical, pre-dental, etc.) and students in the health professions. Must be taken concurrently with BIO 125. Prerequisite: Minimum Math ACT score of 19 (or comparable SAT score) or passing of the ASSET test or successful completion of Math 046.
