The 2 hour Honors Seminar is required of Freshman Honors Program students and an option for freshman Elbin Scholars, to be taken in lieu of the Freshman Experience course. An introductory course to provide incoming honors students with knowledge and skills to succeed academically, socialy, emotionally, and economically. The course will cover the elements of the Freshman Experience course in a condensed format appropriate to honors students, as well as additional topics taught in seminar fashion appropriate to honors students. (1 hr. of credit can be applied as Honors Seminar credit for students who join the Honors Program.) Open to Elbin Scholar or Freshman Honors students.
