Prerequisites: Sophomore standing. Explores how individuals behave in workplace, and how group and organizational structures affect individual behavior. Topics include individual differences, groups and teams, managing confl ict, negotiation, stress, diversity, infl uence, leadership, and motivational theories and techniques. Half lecture, half lab; format provides opportunities to discuss and apply concepts throughout semester. Lecture, recitation format; requires attendance in weekly lecture and weekly recitation.
