A grade of C or above is required in this course.Prerequisites: A grade of C or above in ENG 101This course focuses on the shift from introductory modes of writing explored in English 101 to higher-order, objective, academic writing used in various disciplines and professions. Emphasis is placed on critical reading, thinking, writing, and research for different rhetorical modes and audiences. This course also introduces the research process and APA format as the basis for future collegiate coursework. This course is required for all majors after completing English 101 with a grade of C or above.
