ART 450: Advanced Digital Video Production Studio

This studio course is an intensive laboratory that looks at advanced methods of digital video production, including highly developed lighting practices, audio recording and mixing, nonlinear editing, and digital effects. Students will also experiment with various ways in which to prepare video for web streaming or embedding compressed video in multimedia applications. This course includes regularly scheduled screenings of significant experimental video and multimedia projects - continuing to engage students in conversations of aesthetic, structural, and critical concern.
