Students will estimate quantities from construction drawings, blueprints and details. A discussion of green materials will be introduced in the course. Students will learn to prepare quantity surveys for construction materials that normally fall under the responsibility of a general contractor; electrical and mechanical estimating are beyond the scope of this course.
