The purpose of the course is to provide the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about theory and research in one area of psychology. Students will be required to read theoretical papers and original scientific work in top research journals. The topic covered will change each semester but possible topics include child social and personality development, language development, and cognitive processes. The experience will culminate in an original research proposal.
