MAR 3720: Marketing Capstone

Yeshiva University
This course is concerned with developing and executing marketing strategy in the context of a computer simulation. The course provides a high-involvement learning experience that emphasizes the development of segmentation strategies and focused product positioning in dynamic competitive markets; the use of marketing research to anticipate customer needs; the need to coordinate marketing and R & D efforts; the need for consistency between product positioning, segment selection, distribution support, and pricing; and the allocation of resources to product development, advertising, and promotion to targeted product segments.
