A studio course in photography with an emphasis upon developing aesthetic vision and technical skills. Students will learn to use the camera as a fine art tool first with some exercises exploring photojournalism. Traditional and contemporary trends are presented through exercises and lectures on the history and issues of the medium. Students will learn to use a 35mm camera, process film and make prints.
