    The purpose of this program is to learn and plan application of daily practices that build change capability in your work area and throughout the organization. During the program, you will experience a number of activities, discussions and videos covering three Hallmarks of Change Capability: Activate Capbility, Communication for results and Monitor Mechanics and Mood. Unit 1. Activate Capability The practices learned in this unit create an environment that encourages individual change capability to grow. Lenght: 2 hours. Unit 2. Communication for Results Participants Learn critical change communication practices that catalyze commitment and results-oriented action. Lenght: 2 hours. Unit 3. Monitor Mechanics and Mood Participate. Learn practices to stay in touch with implementation challenges as well as strategies for responding to resistance. Length: 2 hours.
