Weight loss is diffcult to achieve and maintain. The main reason for this is that we don't change our thinking and feelings along with our bodies. Soon we revert backt to old thinking patterns and we are eating too much again. In this 3-session workshop, participants wil learn hot to use EFT for common self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors that make weight loss difficult. They will also learn how to use EFT to alleviate the emotions that lead to overeating. And they will learn how to nip cravings for their favorite junk food in the bud!

The class will also cover beer styles. Through tastings, students will develop an appreciation of wines from all over the world and learn criteria by which wines are evaluated.
