    Spring is in the air and it¿s time to try something new. These four projects are bound to catch your imagination. Students will make a necklace of flowers and netting, an Ndebele Herringbone twist bracelet, and a netted collar. The remaining project is one that never fails to get compliments when worn: a spiral in beautiful spring colors. A fee will be charged at each meeting for the materials for the class project. Materials fee may range from $12 to $20 depending on market prices at the time. All of the following can be purchased from the instructor, but if you have them, please bring beading needles, beading thread, beeswax, and a pad to hold beads. Also please bring embroidery scissors.

    Learn to saw, pierce, file, solder, rivet and set a stone on a bracelet, necklace, or brooch. All skill levels welcome, and advanced students will be encouraged to focus on design and assemblage of a variety of skills. We will work in copper, nickel, silver, and brass (students can purchase genuine silver on own). A supply list will be available, plus a $30 supply fee payable to the instructor. Students may need to purchase additional small findings and stone.
