Together we will discover the meaning and value of authenticity, and explore skills, techniques and resources for developing and maintaining an increased level of fitness in mind, body and spirit. This 2-session course will be formatted in discussion, self-reflection, small group activities, sharing of life stories and resources, and will provide a supportive environment for asking life questions, challenging the answers, and making decisions for moving forward in life¿s journey. Each participant will determine her own level of accomplishment through goal setting and action planning. A suggested reading list will be distributed upon registration.

Participants will enjoy a day of age appropriate exercise, food demonstration, lunch and an introduction to reflexology. Exercise mats will be provided and participants should wear non-restrictive clothing and appropriate footwear. Class size is limited and there will be some activities that would be best done with a partner. Grab your best friend or come alone and meet new friends. Join us for a lifetime experience.
