Provides additional supervised experience focused on development of skills to competently perform echocardiography procedures in adult patients, and assist cardiologists in various clinical environments. Rotations through other departments will include ECG, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Cath Lab, and the Operating Room for observation of selected cardiac surgical procedures. Observation and interaction with cardiologists during interpretation and dictation of echocardiograms is included. Continuing certification in CPR is required.
