    Mentoring Supervisor Training The Mentoring Supervisor Training, administered by Big Brothers big Sisters of the North Country and Jefferson Community College, is designed for youth practitioners and social service professionals to assist their organizations in developing, implementing, expanding, or improving a mentoring program. The course combines theory and research with the best practices and quality standards of Big Brothers Big Sisters, the oldest and most successful mentoring organization in the nation. The training consists of five 2-hour long classes beginning in January at JCC.
