In this module, the student will learn to use the merge function. The student will create multiple page reports using headers, footers, footnotes, endnotes, and page numbers. (23 lab hours, 1 credit) Prerequisite: CIS 131 & 132 with a "C" grade or better orinstructor permission Increases the student's working knowledge of word processing. In this module, the student will learn to use borders, drawing, word art, and graphics. The student will create macros, charts, outlines, styles, and fill-in forms. The student will also sort and select records. This course is the third in a series of modules. Added Fall 2003.

(69 lab hours, 3 credits) Explores a complete array of word processing skills. The skills needed to create, edit, format, and printing documents are covered. Other topics include character, paragraph, and page formats, the use of spelling checkers and thesaurus, hyphenation, tables, mail merge, document design, and graphics. Added Spring 2005.

This course introduces the student to concepts and applications of an electronic spreadsheet.
