Techniques and applications of all aspects of the constuction scheduling process, inlcuding background on scheduling construction projects, development of work breakdown structures, and transition to element of the construction project schedule, linear scheduling methods for heavy construction, use of real-world examples in civil engineering and applications using Primavera Project Planner. 3 lec.
