These five areas are: Informed consent-Client Confidentiality-Documentation-Financial Reimbursement-Knowledge of Legal Proceedings. Course participants should be prepared to engage in a series of ethical-dilemma vignettes and process the pathways of ethical decision making. This course will increase knowledge on specific legal issues that are significant to any mental health professional's practice.
