Techniques in office management, personnel management, and paperwork management will be covered. An emphasis will be placed on the roles and responsibilities of the producer, unit production manager and 1st assistant director as well as their departments. Techniques in managing a budget and schedule through the use of computer software applications will also be covered. Students will complete assignments in conjunction with students in other concurrent program courses.
