The course explores eight major South Slavic writers, modernists MIlos Crnjanski (1893 - 1977), Ivo Andric (1892 -1975) and Miroslav Krleza (1893 - 1981), and postmodernists Danilo Kis (1935-1989), Milorad Pavic (b.1948), Dubravka Ugresic (b.1949) and David Albahari (b.1948).
