PREREQUISITE: Marine Science A100 with a grade of “C” or better or concurrent enrollment.     Introduces students to the science of Aquariumology and provides experience working in a small public aquarium, under the supervision of the instructor and designated student aquarium managers.     Explores the natural history, ecology, population dynamics, evolutionary history, communications, energetics, migrations, intelligence, and conservation of marine mammals – including: whales, dolphins, seals, sea lions, walrus, sea cows, sea otters, and polar bears.
