Designed for Pilates students to learn how to teach classes in Pilates techniques and dance conditioning for adults or teens in a variety of settings. This class covers assessment, goal setting, lesson plans, communication, cueing, precautions, and modifications for Pilate’s clients. May be taken for grades or on a pass-no pass basis. This course may be taken four times. PREREQUISITE: Intermediate to advanced level skills in Pilates technique. This prerequisite will be validated during the first week of the course.
