This course covers swimming and rescue skills, personal safety skills, lifeguard techniques, cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills and knowledge, and management techniques for aquatic environments. Upon successful completion of the course the student will receive the American National Red Cross Certificate in Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and in Advanced Lifesaving.
