4 Credits Students learn to apply strategies (based on Learning Theory and Cognitive Psychology) that improve critical thinking and problem solving skills. Class discussions focus on decoding course content, information mapping, reading techniques, goal orientation, and time management. Techniques regarding form and content for an analytic research paper are also developed. Note: This course may only be used as a free or liberal arts elective.
