It will provide the participant with opportunities to gain information, skills, and attitudes necessary to bridge from First Responder to EMT-B in the state of Kansas. This program has been submitted to the State of Kansas Board of EMS for approval. It addresses information and techniques currently considered to be the responsibilities of the EMT-B according to the United States Department of Transportation, National Standard Cur- riculum and the Kansas Board of EMS enrichments to the curriculum.
