Topics include pretrial, trial, and post-trial phases of civil litigation, the role of alternative dispute resolution processes in civil litigation proceedings, practical techniques required to cope with protracted or complex litigation, ethical considerations, drafting problems a paralegal may encounter in this area, and computer applications utilized in civil litigation activities.
