is designed to allow the student to investigate and develop expertise in a specialized area of nursing. The intent of this course is to permit the student to increase competency in a selected area of interest in collaboration with a designated faculty member. The student is responsible to formulate objectives for the experience, plan and implement the learning activities, and evaluate the total experience under supervision of the faculty. Prerequisites: GPA 3.0+, approval of Dean, and completion of NURS 360 or equivalent.
