This course is designed to instruct students in the operation of heavy equipment such as bulldozers backhoes, front end loaders, graders, and scrapers. Instruction in digging, ditching, sloping, stripping grading, backfilling, clearing trees and rubble, and foundation excavating is provided, as well as instruction in the proper care and maintenance of equipment. *This course will be utilized if students are enrolled bi-term during the fall semester.
