This course introduces the student to the study and analysis of behavior in organizations as it relates to the practice of management. Interdisciplinary in nature, through this course the student will gain knowledge and understanding of group dynamics and decision-making, managing diversity, conflict resolution, leading change, and organizational culture and effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on understanding individual behavior within group and organizational processes.
