This course details the planning, coordination, and execution of activities that create goods and services. Students will gain knowledge of the methods for designing and improving operational functions, their systems, and the processes necessary for the efficient delivery of goods and services to customers. Topics include enterprise resource planning, forecasting, facility layout, inventory management, lean manufacturing, and total quality control.
