O This course is designed for the second year student and will emphasize theory of operation, diagnosis and repair of automotive electronic ignition systems, emission control systems, fuel systems and carburetion. The student will work with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and will be introduced to the components used in electronic engine control systems

O Classroom and lab experiences related to approved techniques for the diagnosis of driveability problems. P AFR1101 is a survey course designed to introduce students to the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. Featured topics include: mission and organization of the Air Force, officership and professionalism, military customs and courtesies, Air Force officer opportunities, group leadership problems, and an introduction to communication skills. Leadership Laboratory is mandatory for Air Force ROTC cadets, and it complements this course by providing cadets with followership experiences. Co-requisite: AFR1101L, Leadership Laboratory-Fall Term
