CM 403: Internship Experience:Intercultural Studies Program

Students in the Intercultural Studies (Bivocational) program are required to take CM 400, but the actual internship experience (CM 403) will be taken for only 4 hours of credit and can be completed during the summer (minimum two months and 200 hours). Students who desire a longer internship may choose a 12-hour internship; 4 hours will fulfill the internship requirement; 8 hours will be applied to the 28-hour bivocational focus in the program. The internship is formally evaluated through a Learning Covenant. Prerequisite: CM 400, IC 367 Language, Communication, and Culture, and approval of the faculty mentor and the Internship Director.
