PE 138: Physical Fitness III

Prerequisite: None Focuses on a continuation of fitness skills, assessment tests, and presenting new knowledge concerning fitness of the body during exercise. Includes free weights, interval training, light/heavy workouts, and injuries related to exercising. Repeatable three times. Concurrent enrollment not allowed in PE 140 or PE 141. One to two hours lab a week. May be repeated three times.
