Physical fitness and leadership expectations in the physical conditioning class increase each semester and build toward peak physical performance prior to commissioning as an Army officer upon graduation. Military leaders have always recognized that the effectiveness of Soldiers depends largely on their physical condition. Full spectrum operations place a premium on the Soldier's strength, stamina, agility, resiliency, and coordination. Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory only.
