Students will build on their weatherization fundamentals so that they are prepared for a leadership position as a crew leader in training. Students should be ready to successfully complete the BPI/Resnet certification exams and will then become a Building Performance Professional. 1 lecture, 4 lab hours.

The Building Performance Institute (BPI) Energy Audition Program is an intensive course of study in preparation for a national certification examination which includes an indepth understanding of building science and all of the component interactions of a whole house. The exam consists of a timed written exam and a timed practical proctored exam. 2 hours lecture, 2 hours lab.

This course provides an overview of human biology. The necessary structures and functions that support the human body will be emphasized. Cellular processes such as biological chemistry, reproduction, and genetics will be introduced. Body systems such as the nervous system, cardiovascular system, and musculoskeletal system will be examined. Anatomical and physiological aspects of the human body and their relationship to health and disease will be explored. 3 hours lecture.

This lecture and laboratory course is an introductory study of the structure and function of the human body designed to meet the needs of students preparing for some LPN programs, medical office assistant programs, and some Health and Physical Education majors. Credit may NOT be earned for both ZOO 1500 and ZOO 2015/2025, nor does this course prepare a student to take ZOO 2025. 3 hours lecture, 3 hours lab.

This lecture/laboratory course provides instruction concerning the structure of the human body with regard to its composition and arrangement. Students in biology, nursing, allied health, and pre-professional programs are encouraged to take this course. 3 hours lecture, 3 hours lab.

This lecture/laboratory course provides instruction concerning the function of the human body with regard to the manner in which the component parts interact with each other to ensure the survival of the organism. A study of the major classes of vertebrates with special emphasis on those found in the Rocky Mountain Region. Focus will be on morphological and taxonomic characteristics, functional relationships, environmental adaptations, and life cycles. 3 hours lecture, 2 hours lab. Prerequisite: BIOL 1000 or 1010 with a grade of "C" or better.

An introductory course for the following majors: wildlife conservation, biology, agriculture, range management, extension agents, ecology, environmental science, recreation management, and education. The topics include wildlife values, habitat, ecology and management, population structure, natural history, and contemporary issues. 3 hours lecture.
