It will include an evaluation of current trends, aims, and practices, and methods and sequences in teaching reading skill development. Students spend 20 hours per week, under supervision, as a teacher aide in primary grade classroom, 8 or 16 weeks; course includes 2 hour weekly seminar. Prerequisite: Completion of all Child Development and Elementary Education courses and consent of Department Chairperson; may not be taken concurrently with Education 260. 2 lecture and 20 lab hours per week. 3 or 6 credit hours.

Drawing Survey course for students who lack necessary high school experience. Study and drafting techniques in the use of instruments, geometric construction, multi view drafting, pictorial drawing, charts and graphs.
