Includes hands-on work with a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Compares Enterprise Architecture to cloud-based Software as a Service offerings. Emphasizes how information technology affects decision-making. Uses Excel as a decision support tool. Examines the ethical and legal issues raised by the capabilities of information technology.
