Evaluate a vehicle to determine its overall potential for increased performance, determine an attainable goal, set a course of action to reach the goal, and execute the modifications within set budget constraints. Through lecture and hands-on lab experiences, students will plan and implement modifications that will deliver increased performance and be legal for use on public streets.
