Prerequisites: MANA 301553 with a grade of at least "C," and must be a business major. This course cannot be taken for credit by students admitted to or enrolled in the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program. This course is designed to give Entrepreneurial Management majors an understanding of leadership processes that underlie the survival, effective functioning and self-determination of new and growing businesses. To this end, we will examine a number of topics that reflect key individual- and organizational-issues, and critical leadership competencies for entrepreneurs.

Management is a required course within the business school minor that exposes students to the basic knowledge and skills that future managers will need to be effective.
