Study of adolescents in diverse school and community settings; issues in physical, mental, social and emotional development; issues relating to racism, sexism, and cultural diversity; development, presentation, and defense of portfolio required. Attendance at seminars required. Phase I of secondary program. Must be taken on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis.

Phase III of the secondary program. Prerequisites: Successful completion of TEFB 201 and 322; admission to teacher education.
