HOSP 848: Data Analysis in the Hospitality Industry

Uses a synthesis of textbook contributions and research papers to develop a conceptual understanding of research methods in the hospitality domain. Topics include research design, instrument development and validation, data collection methods, and analyzing and presenting research results. Students work on an independent research project in consultation with the instructor. PREREQ: HOSP801. RESTRICTIONS: Priority for MS HBM students. Students in graduate programs in the Lerner Business College may also take the course.
