Instruction in special situations and tactics for fi rearms. Stressful situations will challenge the student to perform under simulated fi eld conditions using a fi rearms simulator. Students shall qualify using 9 mm handgun on a specifi ed fi rearms course. Students shall be familiarized with 12-gauge shotgun and AR-15. Note that no student with a felony conviction, a conviction for any crime involving family violence, or who is currently restricted from possessing a fi rearm under a Valid Protective Order may take this class.
