A study of topics beyond the scope of Economics 301. Topics covered include capital markets, investment banking, long-term financing through debt, leasing, stock issuance, dividend policy, convertibles, warrants, derivatives, growth through mergers and acquisitions, and international financial management. The course makes use of in-class problem solving, case assignments, classroom discussion, as well as classroom and on-site visits. Prerequisite: Economics 301. Offered spring term each year.
