This course is a survey that will emphasize the life history, classification, and structure of representative organisms of the Bryophyta, Lycophyta, Spenophyta, Pterophyta, and Coniferophyta. Laboratory and field trips will emphasize identification and collection of specimens. Three (3) hours of lecture and one (1) three (3) hour laboratory per week. Prerequisites: BIO 11 and BIO 11 2.
