BIO 311: Biology Seminar I

This course includes a broad overview of biological principles and recent biological developments with discussions on technical papers in scientific journals, book reviews, seminars, and scientific meetings. Students are required to prepare and present a scientific seminar. The Biology Major Field Test also constitutes a major portion of this course. Prerequisites: BIO 111 and BIO 11 2; senior status and/or consent of the instructor.
