The Corporate Crime section of the course will cover mail and wire fraud, perjury, obstruction of justice, security fraud/insider trading/accounting fraud, foreign corrupt practices act, corporate criminal liability, and 5th & 6th amendment application within corporate crime. Criminal Investigations presents the procedures, techniques, and applications of private and public investigations. Students will also review case studies to ensure the scholar grasps the objectives being reviewed and to enhance the learning environment.
