Students complete 4400 hours of uninterrupted, supervised work in a clinical care setting. Under direct supervision of GHS registered sonographers, students are introduced to scanning protocols and techniques, instructed in principles, techniques and applications of multiple diagnostic modalities, including echocardiography, vascular duplex imaging, Doppler, and plethysmography.
