The seminar will address a variety of legal disciplines including the law of corporations, partnerships tax, employee benefits, antitrust, securities, secured transactions, and negotiable instruments. Topics covered include the establishment and perfection of security interests pursuant to credit sales contracts, problems of focusing on the interface beween Article 9 and federal bankruptcy law, priority disputes among collateral claimants, default, and rights after default.
