This course will also prepare those working with students to manage behavior in special and general education classrooms. Practical strategies and interventions for increasing appropriate behaviors and decreasing inappropriate behaviors will be discussed. Discipline regulations of IDEA including manifestation determination, alternative placement, and IEP's will be covered.
