Business Communications is a survey course of communications skills needed in the business environment. Course content includes writing memoranda, letters, reports, resumes, and electronic messages; delivering oral presentations; and developing interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are emphasized. Development of these skills is integrated with the use of technology. Prerequisites: English 1113 and CS 1103 or equivalent.

This course is designed to acquaint students with the fundamentals related to the real estate industry. This course covers the Oklahoma License Law, Law of Agency, titles and deeds, contracts, land descriptions, property ownership, and property rights. This course prepares the student to take the State Real Estate Commission examination for a salesman's license.

This course is designed to meet the requirements of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission to take the real estate broker's examination. Also covered are business practices and professional standards, a minimum of real estate law, property management, taxes, titles, liens, closing statements, real estate math, and appraising. Prerequisite: Business 2163.

This course is an introduction to the field of Organic Chemistry. It is designed for Chemistry majors and others in the sciences. It includes basic principles of stereochemistry, spectroscopy, mechanisms, aliphatic and aromatic nomenclature, and acid-base theory. Prerequisite: Chemistry 1215.

This course is a continuation of Chemistry 2225. It is a continuing study of hydrocarbons and their functional groups, stressing mechanisms and stereochemistry. The course concludes with applications for biological molecules. Prerequisite: Chemistry 2225. 3 hours theory, 4 hours laboratory.
